If you have an imperative (travel, competition, session) do not hesitate to inform us by phone +33 (0)2 38 14 26 54 or when you place your order. We will do our best to satisfy you.

Notifications during manufacture

Once our team has processed your order, we begin making your rods. Before applying the finishing touches, we send you photos of all the elements that make up your rod for final approval by you. At this stage, you can approve or modify individual elements. This means you’re involved in the manufacturing of your rods with us!

Each Banana Rods order is shipped in a rigid tube. All components are individually wrapped to protect the varnish and components during delivery. Finally, everything is carefully packed in high resiliency bubble wrap to make sure your rod and accessories are protected.
